NewsDemon announced new pricing on all of their block Usenet accounts.  They recently reduced prices up to 60% on block plans ranging from 10 GB all the way up to 1,000 GB of newsgroup downloads.

The new block account prices have been discounted up to 60%.  Let’s take a look at the savings for each block plan:
– 1,000 GB – originally price: $130 – new price: $87 – 33% discount
– 500 GB – originally price: 65 – new price: $53 – 18% discount
– 200 GB – originally price: $32 – new price: $22 – 21% discount
– 100 GB – originally price: $22 – new price: $15 – 32% discount
– 75 GB – originally price: $20 – new price: $12 – 40% discount
– 50 GB – originally price: $15 – new price: $10 – 34% discount
– 25 GB – originally price: $10 – new price: $5 – 50% discount
– 10 GB – originally price: $5 – new price: $2 – 60% discount

NewsDemon blocks are as low as 9 cents a gig on a 1 TB account and 11 cents a gig on 200 gigs.  This favors them well in comparison to Astraweb who offers 180 gig for $25.  In comparison NewsDemon offers an extra 20 GB for $3 less.
