UseNeXT offers two ways to download from their Usenet service for free.  The first is a 14 day / 300 GB free trial including 300 GB of free downloads.  With 10 GB of high-speed downloads + unlimited Usenet access at 2 Mbps.  Like most free Usenet trials this one ends in a membership if not cancelled during the trial period.  If you choose to cancel click on “cancellation” in the UseNeXT member area.

For those who don’t wish any commitment UseNeXT is now offering a 1 GB email-only trial.  The 1 GB trial requires only an email address and does not commit you to anything.  Simply sign up with your email address and test the service by downloading up to a 1 GB.  Then if UseNeXT is right for you sign up.  If not you can walk away free and clear without any need to cancel the free UseNeXT account.

UseNeXT is unique in offering hybrid Usenet plans.  By which you get a certain amount of uncapped speed download plus unlimited Usenet access at 2 Mbps.  A difference between most leading Usenet providers like Newshosting that offer unlimited, uncapped Usenet access, without the 2 Mbps speed cap.
